01What documents are required to rent a car?
You need a valid driver's license, passport, and a credit card.
02What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes basic insurance, standard mileage allowance, free delivery within Dubai and 24/7 customer support. Fuel, Salik tolls and traffic fines are charged separately.
03Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can modify or cancel your booking by contacting us on phone or WhatsApp. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start time are free of charge.
04Are there any age restrictions?
The driver must be at least 21 years old for standard luxury cars and 25 years old for exotic and sports cars, with a valid license held for a minimum of one year.
05Why we require a deposit?
The security deposit covers possible fines, Salik tolls, fuel differences or minor damages during the rental period. It is fully refundable once all checks are complete.
06What about fuel charges?
Cars are delivered with a certain fuel level and should be returned with the same level. Any difference will be charged at the current fuel rate plus a small service fee.
07What is the vehicle return policy?
The vehicle should be returned on the agreed date and time in the same condition. Late returns may be charged on an hourly or daily basis. We also offer free pickup from your location.
08What is Salik toll gate?
Salik is Dubai's electronic road toll system. Each time the car passes through a Salik gate, a toll is charged automatically and will be added to your final bill.
09What is the required deposit amount?
The deposit amount depends on the car category, typically ranging from AED 1,500 to AED 5,000. It is blocked on your credit card and released after the rental.
10How is the deposit refund process managed?
The deposit is released within 14-21 working days after the rental ends, once traffic fines and Salik records are verified with the authorities.
11What should I do if I'm involved in an accident or the car is damaged during my rental?
Stay calm, ensure everyone is safe, and call the police (999) to obtain a police report. Then contact our 24/7 support team immediately. A police report is mandatory for insurance claims.
